1. Review and Approval of May Meeting Minutes- Shana motions, Scott seconds all approve
2. Financial Report (Shana)
a. Balance= $10,411.18
b. Shana and Laura Meet Friday at Noon for adding Laura to bank account
c. Taxes- Will be turned in late by our accountant. Still trying to organize some funds from old bank account. Should be done by the end of the month.
3. LWC Prep
a. Timing System
Vote – Shana proposes that USLRA pays Chris Fischer the additional $300 he requests for running the boom run timing system with understanding that Alex Waite and Jon Berard will be trained on its use. Olivia Seconds, 4 approve, 1 oppose. Motion passes and we will pay Chris $300.
b. Rules and format double check (Laura and Scott)- Shana will send e-mail to Bonnie, Diane, and Andy to make sure all judges have current rules.
c. USLRA Membership double check (Shana, Olivia, Laura) – Shana will send e-mail to Bonnie to get list of registered rollers and boomers. Laura, Shana, and Olivia will track rollers down at LWC to collect memberships. That should be fun…
4. Rental Property Storage

5. Communication Committee (Shana Martin Chair)
a. Newsletter Additions (deadline August 1st)- Timing volunteers, storage area, Feature of world champions, end of summer tournaments, feature an Oconomowoc roller, new progams, where your money as a member goes
7. Networking and Membership Assistance Committee Volunteers (Olivia, Abby, Laura)
a. Get the membership word out! – facebook, contact program directors, tracking people down at tournaments, speak to benefits (newsletter, required for many tournaments, insurance support for tournaments, super series)
8. Ranking Committee Volunteers (Karl)
a. Passing the torch – Contact Jon Berard and Katie Rick
11. Misc. job assignments and updates:
a. Contact each individual program listed on website and see if info is up to date and if they need anything from USLRA – Scott, Karl, and possibly Olivia will get started now
b. Search for other existing Log Rolling Programs not listed on site- Marcel, Scott
c. USLRA representative for each tournament during 2011.

12. Charitable Fund Update (Shana)- Need to get in touch with Kettle Moraine and Jamie to see how and when they will get the log. We will also look into logs that are only partially painted from JR for a lower price.
