- Add another tournament earlier on in season
- Possible tournament in Mankato (Sam)
- Rental equipment- Solidify storage place and educate others how to use equipment
- Question about running starts? Maybe have a starting BOX or two lines. Can’t do running start hand timing. Goal is to make consistency among tournaments so that things don’t get out of control.
- New pro tournament development
- Development for kids- more programs.
- USLRA Instructor trainings- hand in hand with judging training and timing system training. (possibly cover expenses for instructor)
- Online training materials- get Sue Bulk’s video possibly?
- Monthly log rolling training video on USLRA Website
- We should look at putting together an entire package to make available- consider charging for it
- Sam Fenton films snowboard movies in winter- we could possibly have him film
- Encourage others to film training videos to put on website
- Anybody have videos of log rolling?
- Tab on website for “Starting a program” – include info on charitable fund and link to application
- Post card to all YMCA’s in Midwest promoting new programs
- Contact Brad to see about $ for sport and USLRA involvement.
- Possible part time person to find sponsors to sponsor USLRA for tournament building and Prize money and amateur programs. Prizes for kids.
